Hope
Extreme, a faith-based, non-profit group, not only wants to, but IS bringing
transformation to the lives of 5 to 18-year-old, at-risk youths. Relationships
are built in a number of ways at the Hope Extreme Center on East Main Street.
The program offers church services; cooking, computer, dance and arts and
crafts classes; and after school tutoring.
From
Hope Extreme's humble beginning in November 2003, the group has made great
strides in meeting the spiritual, relational and education needs of children
long neglected by society. Their commitment to the success of East Houma's
youth remains strong as they actively pursue their mission by: bringing radical
